北京师范大学2020年度“励耘博士后”招聘启事
为吸引海内外优秀博士到北京师范大学从事博士后研究工作,学校特设立“励耘博士后”项目,该项目为学校选拔优秀青年教师的重要“蓄水池”。
In order to attract outstanding doctors from home and abroad to Beijing Normal University for post-doctoral research, the university specially set up Liyun Post-doctoral Positions, which is an important "reservoir" for the university to select outstanding young teachers.

1. 在国外(境外)世界大学综合排名或学科排名前100的高校获得博士学位(以当年度最新的国际公认四大全球大学排行榜为参考):

或在国内双一流建设学校的A+学科获得博士学位的全日制博士毕业生及相当水平的科研机构获得博士学位的优秀毕业生。
Excellent full-time graduates with PhDs from the universities outside Mainland China which are among the top 100 in comprehensive or disciplinary ranking according to the internationally recognized four rankings of the year, namely,

🔷QS World University Rankings
🔷the US News & World Report
🔷Academic Ranking of World Universities
from A+ disciplines of domestic universities covered by the Double First-class University Plan, and from the research institutes which have fairly high prestige.
2. 身心健康,年龄在35周岁以下、获得博士学位不超过三年、进校后须全职在北京师范大学工作。
The successful candidates, in good physical and mental health, and under the age of 35, should hold PhDs since no more than three years ago and shall work full-time at BNU upon recruitment.
3. 科研成果丰富或有科研潜力,符合且高于用人单位A类博士后进站遴选标准。
The successful candidates should be prolific or promising researchers who more than meet the criteria for A-category postdoc selection of the relevant schools and departments.
三、薪酬待遇
III. Remuneration
1. 入选者年薪30万元(税前),其中入选全国博士后管理委员会“国际交流计划”引进项目和“博士后创新人才支持计划”者年薪提高至35万元(税前)。
The pre-tax annual salary for each successful candidate is RMB 300,000. For those who make it into Postdoctoral International Exchange Program and National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents from the Office of China Postdoc Council (OCPC) the salary shall go up to RMB350,000.
2. 学校为励耘博士后提供租房补贴5万元/年,入选励耘博士后可根据房源情况以市场价租住博士后公寓。
The University provides each of the Liyun postdocs with a yearly rent subsidy of RMB 50,000 for them to rent apartments based on the availability and market price.
3. 正常在站期间可为其符合条件的子女办理在北京师范大学实验幼儿园新校区幼儿园(沙河)或北京师范大学昌平附属学校小学部(沙河)入学(园)。
The successful candidates can register their children for Beijing Normal University Kindergarten New Campus Branch or Changping School Attached to Beijing Normal University during their two-year stay in BNU.
四、遴选程序
IV. Selection
经海内外公开招聘,用人单位初审选拔并公示,学校组织专家评审等环节对拟候选人进行综合考察,确定最终入选人员。
After publicizing the recruitment advertisement at home and abroad, relevant schools and departments will receive and review all the applications and make a notification, then BNU will arrange second-round review to evaluate and make the final decision.

常年招收,分批次组织专家评审并公布结果。
BNU recruits Liyun Post-doctoral Positions all year round, and organizes experts to review and publish the results in batches.
